Getting started

Create your household, set up your second factor, bring in your papers and confirm what your chief of staff finds.

Create your household

  1. Go to Get started and enter your name, email and a password (at least 12 characters, with upper and lower case, a number and a symbol).
  2. Confirm your email with the 6-digit code we send. Codes expire in 10 minutes and work once.
  3. Choose your second factor. It's required on every sign-in. Email codes work for everyone; you can add an authenticator app or a passkey later in Settings.
  4. Pick a plan. You can change plans later. While payments are still being switched on, sign-up continues straight to Connect.

Bring in your papers

The fastest start is to upload a folder of statements, policies, deeds and trust documents in Documents. Your chief of staff reads every page, files each document and drafts what it finds: accounts, properties, policies, trusts, people and deadlines.

Everything it finds is a draft until you confirm it in Documents › Confirm what your chief of staff found. Then it shows up on your dashboard.

Ask your chief of staff

Your chief of staff lives inside the app. Use the Ask box on any page to ask a question about your household. It answers from your own records and cites the document behind each answer. It never moves money and doesn't give investment advice.

For help using the product, use the Help chat bubble in the corner of any page, or this Support page.

Try the demo first

The live demo opens your own private copy of a fictional household with every feature on. Nobody else sees what you do there, and the copy is deleted after a few hours.

Where to find it: Connections · Documents · Confirm what your chief of staff found
