Cancelling, exporting and deleting your data
Cancel through Manage billing, download your documents, or delete your whole household permanently.
Cancel your plan
Owners open Settings › Billing › Manage billing, which opens Stripe, and cancel there. Your records stay put and nothing is deleted when a plan ends; pick a plan again and everything opens.
Get your documents
Open any document in Documents to view or download the original file.
A one-click export of everything isn't built yet. If you need a full copy, send a request with the contact form below and we'll help.
Delete your household
Owners: Settings › Delete household. Type DELETE and your password. This permanently removes every record, document and user in your household, along with your support tickets, and cannot be undone.
