Bills and paying at the biller

Your chief of staff lines up each bill with the amount, due date and a link to the biller's own site. You pay there and mark it paid.

How paying works

My Family Office never moves money and is not a bank. Your chief of staff lines up each bill with the amount, the due date and a link to the biller's own site. You pay there the way you always have, then press Mark paid so the bill shows as done.

We only link to billers we've checked. If there's no link, use the payment link printed on the bill or the biller's site you already use.

Adding bills

  1. Add a bill yourself in Bills & tax › Bills & payments. Nothing is paid from that form.
  2. Upload a bill as a document and your chief of staff drafts it for you.
  3. Use your household's bill address (Settings › Bill inbox). Once mail delivery is switched on for your household, bills you forward there from approved senders become drafts; mail from anyone else is held for you.

Approvals

A family member or advisor can send a bill for approval. It waits under Waiting for your approval until an owner approves it.
