My Family Office

One family record. Two seats at the table.

The family keeps its trusts, entities, ownership and documents current in one private place. Their attorney sees the same picture, with every figure tied to its source. No more chasing statements before the annual review.

Ownership tree for the fictional Hartwell demo family: the family column, then trusts, then companies and funds, joined by curved connectors with ownership percentages.
The ownership tree: family, trusts, then companies and funds (fictional demo family). You and your attorney see this same view.

How it works

  1. The family gets a private invite. Sign-up is by invitation only. Request an invite for your client at myfamilyoffice.si/request-access, or a family already on My Family Office can invite them. Your client opens a single-use link and becomes their own household; the record belongs to them, not to us and not to the firm.
  2. The family adds documents, mail and portals. They upload the estate plan, entity documents and statements, and connect their mail and portals. Each proposed record is reviewed by a person before it is saved, and bill pay keeps them coming back.
  3. Both see one view. When the family is ready, an owner shares a view-only link with you. You see the same ownership tree and documents they do, as of today, and every share and every view is logged.

For the family

  • One place for the estate map, entities and trusts, properties, insurance and accounts
  • Upload a trust or an operating agreement; the AI reads it and proposes records, and a person approves before anything is saved
  • A chief of staff that answers questions from the family's own records
  • Bill pay with one-tap owner approval, so you are in it every week and nothing goes stale
  • You decide what your attorney sees, for how long, and you can turn it off at any time

For the attorney

  • Who owns what: the family, each trust, and the companies and funds beneath them, with ownership percentages
  • Who controls it and who benefits: trustees, advisors and beneficiaries on the same map
  • Each figure carries its as-of date and source, so you can see where a number came from
  • Documents in one record, instead of a folder of PDFs and a stack of emails
  • Less time chasing clients for updates; more time on the planning only you can do

How your information is protected

Your household is its own vault
Every record belongs to one household. Queries, file access, and your chief of staff’s answers are scoped to that household alone — with automated tests that try (and fail) to reach another family’s data.
Encrypted with your own key
Documents, bank tokens, and MFA secrets are sealed with AES-256-GCM using a data key unique to your household (envelope encryption). Keys can be rotated. Production is designed for cloud key management — not a shared free-for-all.
The family controls sharing, and every view is logged
An owner can give you a view-only link. It names you, needs a code sent to your email, works on one device, expires on the date the owner picks, and can be turned off at any time. Creating, sending and opening a link are written to the family's hash-chained audit log.
No AI training on client data
A family's records are never used to train anyone's AI models. The chief of staff reads the family's own records to answer questions; that is all it does with them.
Not legal advice
My Family Office organizes the family's records. It does not give legal, tax or investment advice and never tells a family what to do. Planning decisions stay with you and your client.
Export and deletion
The family can ask for an export of their records or for their household to be deleted. Deleting removes the data from active systems; backups age out on a fixed schedule.

Coming: Wishes: the family's letters of wishes and instructions, shown alongside the plan; Advisor access: a dashboard of the clients who have granted you access, read only; Sharing by section (estate only, or estate plus balance sheet); Firm-tagged client invites; Self-serve one-click data export; Independent penetration test and a SOC 2 plan.

Not a law firm, bank or investment adviser; not legal, tax or investment advice. Plans $49, $99 or $199 a month. Sign-up is by private invite: ask your attorney, or request one at myfamilyoffice.si/request-access. Try the demo at myfamilyoffice.si/demo.
